چکیده
Abstract Introduction and objectives There is insufficient data regarding risk scores validation in patients with diabetes mellitus non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTEACS). We performed a mellitus-specific analysis of cardiovascular outcomes after NSTEACS using large contemporary cohort from two tertiary hospitals. Methods This work retrospective prospective registry, that included 7415 consecutive Spanish Universitary Hospitals between the years 2003 2017. tested predictive power GRACE PRECISE DAPT score, calculating area under ROC curve among without patients. Results Among study participants, 2124 (28.0%) were diabetic. The median follow up was 54,3 months (IQR 24.7–80.0 months). Diabetic more women (30.5% vs 25.7%) older (70.0±10.8 65.3±13.2 old); they had higher (146±36 137±36), (15±7 18±9) CRUSADE (17±14 30±18) at admission. Early invasive angiography (≤24 hours admission) frequently non-diabetic. diabetic score showed good for all-cause mortality, mortality MACE admitted NSTEACS, differences compared to non Conclusions has an appropriate NSTEACS. However, would be worse during long term registry. Funding Acknowledgement Type funding sources: None.

Accuracy of the TIMI and GRACE scores in predicting coronary disease in patients with non-ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome.
INTRODUCTION The GRACE and TIMI scores have been well validated for assessment of prognosis in non-ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS). However, their value in predicting coronary artery disease (CAD) has been little studied. We aimed to assess the relationship between these scores and the extent of coronary disease. METHODS We analyzed 238 consecutive patients admitted for NSTE-A...
متن کاملNon-ST-elevation acute coronary syndromes in octogenarians: applicability of the GRACE and CRUSADE scores.
INTRODUCTION Assessment of ischemic and bleeding risk is critical for the management of elderly patients with acute coronary syndromes, but it has been little studied. OBJECTIVE This study aims to assess the applicability of the GRACE and CRUSADE scores in patients aged ≥80 years with non-ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS), and to identify the main predictors of in-hospital morta...

OBJECTIVE To compare the accuracy of the Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events risk score and the Thrombolysis In Myocardial Infarction risk score in predicting the extent of coronary artery disease in patients with non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome. METHODS The cross-sectional study comprising 406 consecutive patients was conducted at the National Institute of Cardiovascula...
متن کاملVitamin D deficiency predicts the ST elevation type of myocardial infarction in patients with acute coronary syndrome.
According to studies, a significant association exists between the low levels of vitamin D and cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction (MI). In a prospective, case control study, 88 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) including ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and Non-STEMI were enrolled. The plasma level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D[25(OH)D] was obtained at the time ...
متن کاملCan GRACE Risk Score Predict the Coronary Anatomy in Non-ST Elevation Acute Coronary Syndrome?
Methods: We evaluated 95 patient data retrospectively who were hospitalized with a diagnosis of non-ST elevation ACS between 2005-2006 at the Istanbul University Cardiology Institute. All the patients’ GRACE risk scores were calculated and coronary angiograms were re-analysed. We further divided the patients into three groups according to risk score (Low risk score: <108, medium risk score: 109...
